Freestyle sessions are tailored to the patient including modalities such as, Sports, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Muscle-Energy Techniques, and/or Stretching, etc.

Injury Recovery Patients: People working through sub-acute or chronic musculoskeletal, neurological, and systemic conditions, who need targeted work to restore movement, muscle tension, and relieve pain. i.e. sciatica, herniated/bulging disc, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, joint pain, plantar fasciitis, TMJ/Migraine, etc.
